01Who is responsible for your data

02What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry and distributor forms: name, company, contact name, email address, country, product interest and your message. We do not ask for health data and we do not use this website to collect sensitive personal data.
03Why we process it, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to evaluate a distribution relationship. We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
04Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell your data. It is stored on our own servers and processed by us. Where a transfer to another country is necessary we rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR and, for Thailand, by the Personal Data Protection Act.
05How long we keep it
Enquiry and distributor records are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact and are then deleted. Records needed to meet legal or contractual obligations may be kept longer.
06Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Thailand PDPA you may ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your national data protection authority, or to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand. Write to huwokang@126.com and we will respond within 30 days.
07Third-party processors and automated translation
We use a third-party AI service, DeepSeek (operated by a company in the People's Republic of China), to generate translations of news and marketing content published on this site. When our editorial team submits English source text, that text is sent to and processed by DeepSeek to produce other language versions. This editorial content does not include personal data from enquiry forms; if you believe any published content contains your personal data, contact huwokang@126.com and we will disable automated translation for that content. All international transfers are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR and the Thailand PDPA.
